Weld in place sanitary end caps to end line processing
Unpolished End Caps are available in both 304 and 316 Stainless Steel Alloys. Tube outside diameter ranges from 1" - 8". Standard wall thicknesses apply per tube OD. This product is used to cap an existing sanitary process line and must be welded into place.

What is the ID surface finish of the cap? 20Ra? The description only says 32Ra, which is fine for the OD. #5 surface finish states 32Ra only on the OD, so the ID must be a different number.

We are looking at using a 6" cap on a pressurized tank. We would need to do an analysis to see if the end cap has sufficient strength for our application. Is there a drawing with showing the actual configuration of a 6" cap so that we can do an FE analysis of our tank?
